Aries Gomez Moreno

Aries Gomez Moreno is an art historian and archivist-in-training, currently serving as the project archivist for the Chicago Sacred Initiative at the Chicago History Museum, where she is responsible for the inventory and assessment of architectural collections. She holds a master's degree in art history from the University of Seville, where her thesis examined the urban development and religious architecture of St. Augustine, Florida, from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Aries is currently pursuing a master's in library and information science with a concentration in archives and special collections. She brings extensive experience in archival research, along with hands-on expertise in archival processing, particularly in arranging, describing, and providing access to collections.
