New Office

New Office is an award-winning architecture practice based in Chicago founded in 2021 by Annabell Ren, Steven Karvelius, and Elliott Riggen. Annabell Ren is an adjunct professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology, while serving on its current community engagement council. Steven Karvelius brings technical knowledge from his experience working on a wide range of projects throughout his career including multi-family housing, higher education, and commercial build-outs. New Office is a group of architects and urban designers with a mission to build up our community through design and collaboration. The current New Officers are Kirsten Landmark Masih, Moriah Adam, Sarah Kay Stephens, Jackson Janicki, Jasmine Chung, and Sara Cattenoy.
