Phil Enquist

Phil Enquist is a former partner with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill where he led the global urban design practice for over twenty years. He is a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects and an Honorary Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He was a Governor’s Chair for Energy and Urbanism at the University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory between 2013 and 2017 and currently is an advisor to the National Renewable Energy Lab in Colorado. Phil seeks to find collaborative ways to reinvest in cities, emphasizing livability and balance between humans and nature.
